How does Fable work?

What is a ticket?

A ticket is used to test a user journey with five testers who live with a disability. This means you’ll receive feedback across assistive technologies, browsers, and devices, which is perfect for your QA team.

What is a meeting?

A meeting is a direct video conference call with a member of our community. They can be used for UX research, to review prototypes, to recreate a customer issue, or to observe usability.

Agile development

Using tickets, you’re able to get feedback during a sprint. On average, you receive feedback from five testers with two business days! The ticket dashboard is live, so you’ll know whenever a tester has feedback for you to see.

Video documentation

When you finish a meeting on Fable, you’ll receive a link of a video recording. This can be used to communicate issues with different team members or to track changes overtime.
